Bumpity-Bump...bump

Many of you have been asking to see my bump...baby bump, that is. So after numerous times of failing to get a picture with Tracen behind the lens, here is what we decided to do. Yes, he helped me with the idea. Also, for the record, Friday was my first day to NOT fit into my jeans. I had been doing great in them with just a rubber band around the button, but not anymore. That was exactly 18 weeks along, and yes I usually am not busting out of much until like 24ish. Sad (and exciting) day. Also, I kept looking at this baby ticker thing on the side which was saying I only had like 100 days to go. I kept thinking that there was no way we just had a little over 3 months left so I redid it. Whew! 150 sounds a little better right now because we are having a bad case of the 'don't haves.' Like we don't have a crib, we don't have a crib mattress, we don't have crib sheets, we don't have crib bedding, we don't have a car seat, we don't have a doctor, we don't have maternity insurance(never own your own business), we don't have bottles(not that I use them much, but darn that BHP or whatever it is called), and we don't have a bedspread. Ok so that last one does not count, but we did have one until a beautiful little girl puked on it and the poor dry cleaners are kind of at a loss as to what to try next. Don't get me wrong about the 'don't haves,' because we are covered in 'do haves,' too that we are soooooooooo blessed with. Just another random update in our world. Yes I am pregnant, and yes I have a bump to prove it! and you just thought i was getting hefty!

That is one pretty lady in the mirror...seriously by 18 weeks with both of mine I was HUGE!!! You are not:)I have some measurements for beautiful baby bedding if you're interested in sewing or better yet if your mom's interested in sewing:)

You look cute! I am stupied though and could not figure out why you were taking a picture of someone taking a picture of you! Until I read angie's post. It is amazing how becoming a mom makes you totally loose your brain!

jill, you crack me up. and yes, it is stupid to be taking my own pic in a mirror...but we could not think of anything else. waiting on tyson would have been about as productive as tracen trying again to take it! and angie, my mom made the bedding for makenna that we added flowery stuff as accents to, and then used for tracen, but the bumper is just too old and falls down and tracen spit up all down the diaper thing. it is just getting too old, and i think she would kill me if i asked her to do it all again! : ) my sewing machine is from 1974 and only works about once a year! i would love to do that, though! i am a fabric junkie and love looking at them. if i get a real nesting urge i will definitely call.
