Spend Awhile on the Nile

I am soooo proud of these kids, along with all the K-5th graders who worked for months on the musical at our church.  This musical was super hard, with a million words per song, and they worked their tails off.  It is crazy teaching K-2nd graders the words to all the songs when most of them can't read, especially not that fast.  I loved being with these children each Sunday night.  Makenna had one of the main speaking parts in the musical.  She did so amazingly well.  I am proud that she learned her lines and would even get on stage at all.  They sang, danced, and shared their little hearts out.  Glad it is over, and I am sure that parents are glad that the musical cd is OUT of their car cd players after 5 months!
